How does your sizing work?

The Secondhand Store receives clothing donations from a wide range of brands from all over the globe therefore sizing can differ from store to store. We have grouped our sizing to help guide customers to sizing that might be right for them. View our size guide. 

Pick Up

When you receive the notification that your order is ready, come to the pick up location marked on your invoice with your order # and ID. When you arrive, please text or call (226) 678-0876, our team member with notify you to come to the front door to pick up your order as part of our contactless handoff.  

One Week Pick Up Window

If you are unable to pick up your items within the one week window, please call or email to let us know when you expect to be able to pick up your items. If we do not hear from you, your items may be re-listed and your money will be refunded.

Will you ship or deliver items?

We offer both shipping and curbside pick-up. Simply purchase the item(s) on our website and select your preferred option. You'll receive an order confirmation right away.  We'll then pull your order and either ship it to you or notify you as soon as it's ready to be picked up.

Do you accept returns?

All items are final sale.
